You must have an FCI registered kennel |

You must be member of your national FCI raceclub |

Your national raceclub must be member of BBI (starting from 01.01.2009)
Exception: If there is in a country not yet a FCI recognized breeding
club, breeders can continue to register their kennels if they habe a
FCI registered affix. |
