RESUME FROM THE FOUNDATIONS MEETING OF THE
CLUB DE BERGER BLANC SUISSE INTERNATIONAL
(BBI)

3.1: Foundations members of the club (in alphabetical order):
Austria - WSÖ
Denmark - HHD
France - ACBB
Germany - RWS
Netherland - ZWHVN
Also the Argentinean White Shepherd club has applied to become a member and according to the FCI rules, it is acceptable to have overseas members in a European club organisation.
3.2: The official languages were chosen to be German and English ( translation of the website also in german and english. It is also possible to translate the webisite in french and dutch, but the translation must be made by the clubs. The translated text should be send to Webmaster of BBI, Dieter Modl
3.3 : The official name of the club was changed from CBBSI to “BBI” (Berger Blanc International)
3.4 : It was agreed that D. Modl should write die rules and the main points of the aims of the club and mail them directly to each club. Each club has 8 weeks in which to come up with any corrections or changes it wishes to have done. Any changes or corrections have to be done in writing. When all the aims and goals have been agreed upon, they have to be signed by each club. If the rules are ready, each club must sign a entry explanation. When all clubs have signed, BBI shall be registered in Austria.
3.5 : The following points were agreed on as being the main aims and goals for the BBI:
3.5.1 :An international homepage ( paid and made by D.Modl) with puppy-information and stud dogs with breeding lizenz in the national countrys. On this homepage should only be clubs, that are members of the BBI.
3.5.2 : The breeding rules of one member club is to be accepted by the others
3.5.3 : All club members have an obligation only to use dogs for breeding, which have a breeding lizenz of the national FCI-club
3.5.4.: All clubs have an obligation to have the BBI's logo on the start site of their website. The members of BBI and the members of this national clubs are not allowed to make a link to a dissidenz-homepage.
3.5.5.: All clubs are obligated to report in their newspapers of the establishment of BBI
3.5.6 : Every year to have an BBI club show to be held in conjunction with that country's club show. No other club shows are to be held 4 weeks prior or after in any other country. Each club member is allowed to make their own yearly show if they respect the period of protection.
3.5.7. The assignment of the annual BBI main show takes place 2 years before via the general meeting of the BBI. The clubs, which apply for the BBI main show, must send an application to BBI 2 years before with all documents. The first BBI main show is delegated to RWS in 2006.
4: The members selected the executive committee first for one year.
5 : From next year the executive committee is selected for a 4 years period
6. The official office of BBI is: BBI – Club de Berger Blanc International, Kornmühle, A-4904 Atzbach (Austria)
7: Every year there is to be a general meeting; every country can be represented by two members without consideration of the size of the club . The names of the two representatives have to be submitted to the office latest one month before the meeting .
8: If clubs wants to become member, must place a request. At the admission decides the executive committee.
8. Meetings are to be held in conjunction with the yearly BBI show
9 : Every club has to pay a yearly membership fee to BBI. ( first in 2006, after the next general meeting)
